To achieve the assigned objectives, ISPA-DRC calls on the strategic partners involved in the development process of New Information and Communication Technologies. ISPA-DRC projects are carried out in partnership with organizations divided into three categories:

Development of regulations and policy

This partnership is based on the relations contributing to equip ISPA-DRC with the capabilities to effectively negotiate the existence of an appropriate investment climate.

The purpose of this partnership is to facilitate the value-added service that RDC-IX offers to all peering members.

ISPA-DRC is open to any partnership to promote the sharing of ideas and the exchange of knowledge on how the New Information and Communication Technology sector can develop in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
